- Dive/Snorkelling sites are to be decided by the operator. The operator reserves the rights to alter the itinerary, substitute a vehicle or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational conditions

- Price are subject to change without prior notice

- UNUSED SERVICES are non-refundable & non-transferable

- Flight Cancellation (Late Arrival) No Refund on Unused Services

- Non-refundable deposit upon confirmation

- Balance to be paid 1 month before trip

- All payments are non-refundable
